Return & EXCHANGE POLICY

In-stock orders
Any in stock items such as size labels and care content labels from our website order forms can be put back into our inventory. We are glad to exchange or credit or refund at the customer’s request. Refunds or exchanges can be made for any in-stock label within 7 days of receipt of order. Customer must request an authorization return code from General Label Mfg. before returning order.

Custom printed & woven orders
Before the manufacturing begins, the customer can request an emailed proof of the artwork. For a woven label a fee of $15.00 is required to email a woven sample for customer's approval prior to production. We allow 24 hours for any changes if necessary. After the 24 hours of customer’s approval, full manufacturing schedule applies and no more changes can be made without incurring a fee for any revisions. Custom orders can not be exchanged or returned, as they are made to the customer’s specifications.

Credit card payments
The day the customer's credit card number is accepted by General Label Mfg. is a confirmation of an order acceptance. The customer has within 24 hours to cancel the order via email to avoid any type of penalty.
